By using ShriGargi ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
ShriGargi is a platform that connects users with verified astrologers for consultations, provides astrology courses, kundali generation, and related spiritual guidance services.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
- You must be 18 years or older to use the service
4. Payments & Wallet
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
- Per-minute billing applies during consultations
- Wallet balance has no expiry date
- Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy
- ShriGargi is not responsible for third-party payment gateway failures
5. Consultation Disclaimer
Astrology consultations provided through ShriGargi are for guidance and entertainment purposes. They should not be considered as:
- Medical advice — consult a doctor for health concerns
- Financial advice — consult a certified financial advisor
- Legal advice — consult a lawyer for legal matters
Users should exercise their own judgment when acting on astrological guidance.
6. Partner (Astrologer/Teacher) Terms
- Partners must provide accurate credentials and complete KYC
- Partners set their own consultation rates
- Platform commission is deducted from earnings
- Partners must maintain professional conduct during consultations
- Fraudulent or harmful behavior results in immediate account termination
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing personal contact details during consultations to bypass the platform
- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Distributing copyrighted course content
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ShriGargi — including courses, reports, and app design — is protected by copyright. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
ShriGargi is a marketplace connecting users with astrologers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or advice given by astrologers. Use the service at your own discretion.
