Refund Policy

Consultation Refunds
- Call not connected: Full refund if the call fails to connect due to technical issues on our end.
- Call dropped within 1 minute: No charge applied. Amount refunded to wallet.
- Scheduled booking cancelled 1+ hour before: Full refund to wallet.
- Scheduled booking cancelled less than 1 hour before: 50% refund to wallet.
- No-show by astrologer: Full refund + ₹50 credit as apology.
Wallet Refunds
- Wallet balance has no expiry
- Unused wallet balance can be refunded to your original payment method
- Refund processing takes 5-7 business days
- Minimum refund amount: ₹50
Course Refunds
- Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund if less than 20% of content viewed.
- After 24 hours: No refund on courses (digital content).
- Course quality issue: Contact support for case-by-case review.
Report Refunds
- Kundali/Palm/Face reports: Refundable within 24 hours if not yet generated.
- After report generated: No refund (service already rendered).
How to Request a Refund
- Open the ShriGargi app
- Go to Wallet → Transaction History
- Tap the transaction you want refunded
- Select "Request Refund"
- Our team will review and process within 48 hours

Non-Refundable
- Completed consultations (service already rendered)
- Courses with more than 20% content viewed
- Generated reports (kundali, palm, face reading)
- Platform convenience fees (if any)
